New Chat feature launching

We are pleased to announce the availability of a Chat feature for the IT Service Desk.  With Chat you can communicate with our Service Desk agents in real time directly from your computer or mobile device (see instructions below).  Chat is a highly efficient instant messaging mechanism which many people prefer to a phone call.  Phone service will, of course, continue to be supported.

Please note that this is a brand new service so we will be fine-tuning it over the next few weeks.  Initially, the service is only available Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and we will expand it as we train the rest of our agents.
