New on-line schedule request system

Educational Technology Services has launched 25Live, a new on-line classroom schedule request system.  25Live allows requesters to view classroom availability and submit their reservation requests electronically, eliminating the need to fill out and fax a paper form.

At present, 25Live will be used only to request non-academic events.  Courses, journal clubs, grand rounds, orientations, and any other event types that are scheduled during the priority scheduling period for academic events will be handled using existing processes.

Although 25Live is easy to use, many users find training helpful.  We are offering training for new users on August 20.  On July 23 and 24, we will provide updates about new features set to launch on August 1, and we will answer users’ questions.  View the full training schedule.  We also have a recording of a recent training session available on-line.
