  • Smaller meetings
  • Meetings in video-enabled conference rooms
  • Participants are at UCSF or BCHO, or have sponsored guest Jabber accounts
  • Live video is important
  • Your meeting includes groups of active participants in multiple sites

  • If you need to create a WebEx meeting for more than 250 participants (> 250) contact the Service Desk and ask about the WebEx concierge service
