You can decline to sign a document that was sent to you via DocuSign in one of two ways:
1. Select Decline from the initial pop-up screen.
2. When viewing the document itself, click on More and then select Decline from the drop-down menu.
Once you select Decline - regardless of which path you took to get there - you will be prompted to enter the reason that you are declining to sign. Once you enter the reason, press Decline. All recipients will be notified that you declined, but only the sender will see the reason that you list.
