If your computer/email account password has expired or needs to be reset for security reasons, you can easily reset your password from the Outlook Web App (OWA).
Launch your web browser an go to https://mail.ucsf.edu to log into your email account.
If we are requiring a password reset, you will see the following window.
In the respective fields, enter your:
- Current password
- New password
- Confirm new password
Important: your new password must adhere to the Unified UCSF Enterprise Password Standard.

Click the 'Submit' button.
If successful, you will receive the following notification.
