A.R.T. System (Application, Review & Tracking)
Application Review and Tracking (ART) is a software package that streamlines the application steps typical in funding and training programs. ART replaces emails, faxes, spreadsheets and copying often done to collect, review and score applications. ART also provides flexible follow up and reporting.
Advance
Advance is a secure web-based application that provides faculty, academics, and academic personnel administrators with academic profile information, as well as online tools designed to manage the academic appointment and advancement process.
Anti-Virus (AV)
Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) provides anti-virus (AV), anti-spyware, intrusion prevention (IPS), proactive threat scanning, and personal firewall for Windows computers. On OS X and Linux computers, it provides anti-virus and anti-spyware.
APeX
An electronic health record across all care settings at UCSF Medical Center, UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital and more than 130 UCSF clinics.

Basic Support
The Basic Computer Support service is an integrated suite of support services for campus faculty and staff university-owned Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Lync devices. Support staff use Bomgar remote control tools when available to provide assistance and service support.

Blackline Account Reconciliation
BlackLine Account Reconciliation System provides automation in reconciling balance sheet accounts to reduce manual processes, enhances control and visibility. The system is hosted and interfaces with the Financial GL system.

UCSF Chatter is a private, professional networking and collaboration tool. It allows users to create secured workspaces and invite users from UCSF (and externally) to exchange conversation and version-controlled files.

Data Network Recharge: System Information
The UCSF Data Network Recharge was approved in March, 2009, by the Chancellor’s Executive Budget Committee. ITS was charged to develop and implement a new electronic system to automate the data network recharge ($36/FTE/month).
