How to Request Access

HBS is included with every UCSF account. HBS is available via single sign-on under MyAccess In addition, HBS can be accessed at https://hbsweb.ucsfmedicalcenter.org/tpweb/.


Description

HBS (Huntington Business Systems), is an online time and attendance system. It is used by all academic and administrative staff (exempt and non-exempt employees) who earn leave.

Note: HBS is not applicable for the 5,000+ academics who do not earn leave (e.g., residents, emeritus faculty).

Benefits

  • Centralized Time Keeping System - Record your time for completed shifts and track your vacation/ sick days
  • Manage your Leave Balances - View your personal vacation and sick leave balances as well as request time off from the same interface

Availability

The HBS service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have multiple ways for you to get the support you need. For questions and support, contact your supervisor or HR administrator for assistance. Information is also available at the HBS Webpage, and central support for HBS is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
