MySoft Online is a web-based application that provides faculty and staff with tools to view details related to "certain" recharges for FAS services. Charges include campus telephone monthly line and calls, voicemail, cabling, conferencing services (ConferencePlus), desktop and LAN support, virtual server hosting, DMM printing management program and student and affiliate data recharges. Information can be viewed by department, fund/DPA, or individual employee ID.
Using MySoft Online
If you are connecting from off-campus, VPN is required.
MySoft Online is available during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. During non-business hours, the system should be available but is not guaranteed.
In cases of scheduled maintenance events or unforeseen outages, notifications are sent to the the "MySoft Online Users" email distribution list.
Access to MySoft Online is granted by department code or individual General Ledger (GL) account string (i.e. Fund/DPA/[optional: Program Code]). To be granted access to view the recharge details of services, please submit a request to the IT Service Desk or send an access request to ITS Billing Services, firstname.lastname@example.org.
MySoft Online is compatible with any modern web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome).
