Non-IT Field Services System Patching
System patching via BigFix is available for customers not supported by IT Filed Services. Access can be provided to the BigFix system management console for delegation of system patching. Administrators requiring this access should contact the Service Desk and place a ticket for the ITFS Desktop Engineering team. Before access can be granted, the engineering team will provide required training for administrating patch management. Patch management access can then be provided to the administrator's managed systems.
