Those unable to download the HTML file, or on a mobile device: forward your secure message to the mobile service at mobile@res.cisco.com.

You will be emailed a link where you can enter your password and view the message.

Important: This feature stores your message in a temporary location. Your message will be automatically deleted from this location after 8 hours.

Note: These instructions were captured on a laptop to illustrate this process. The steps are the same when accessing your message from a mobile device.

  1. Start by forwarding your message
  2. Enter mobile@res.cisco.com into the To: field
  3. Click Send
  4. You will receive a message with a link to the temporary location
  5. Click the link to open your secure message
  6. The envelope opener window will load into your web browser
  7. Click the Open button
  8. Enter your secure email service password into the Password field
  9. Click the Open button
  10. Your message will be displayed in your web browser
