Important:

The Unlock function works only if you have already enrolled your computer/email account.

If your account is currently locked, and you haven't previously enrolled your account:

  1. Call the IT Service Desk at 415-514-4100, 24/7/365, and a service desk agent will assist you

  2. Wait 15 minutes for your account to reset itself.
