Overview

Web PAN is a web-based application for Post Authorization Notification (PAN) Mandatory and Non-Mandatory reviewers to view PAN action. It provides the audit trail for the PAN review.

Using Web PAN

Employees with OLPPS EDB access are automatically granted access to Web PAN. 

When an EDB and PAY transaction is generated in OLPPS, PAN Mandatory and Non-Mandatory Reviewers receive a postauthorization notification (PAN) via email and in their Web PAN inboxes.

In addition, users are able to retrieve PANs by Action Code, Employee ID, Reviewer ID, Preparer ID or Department Code (for up to 6 months).

To request access to OLPPS EDB and Web PAN, contact your department Access Administrator or Business Officer.

Availability

Web PAN is available within the UCSF internal network.

System requirements

Web PAN is compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers.
