A hardware issue is causing network connectivity issues on parts of the 2nd and 3rd floors of Laurel Heights.

Impact

Some customers on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Laurel Heights have not network connectivity. This is specifically impacting customers on subnet 203 on the 3rd floor and may impact customers on subnet 241 on the 2nd floor. Network technicians have been dispatched to resolve the hardware issues and restore connectivity to the impacted locations.
