WHAT HAPPENED?
 
Microsoft released a critical patch to address a critical Internet Explorer vulnerability that is being actively exploited.

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
 
An unpatched Internet Explorer could allow a hacker to take control of your computer.
 
 
HOW DO I PROTECT MY COMPUTER?
 
Update your software
 
1.   If you have a computer support coordinator (CSC), no action on your part is required.
 
2.   If you do not have a CSC or they do not support your computer and you do not have automatic updating enabled, you will need to apply the update immediately using update management software, or by checking for updates using the Microsoft Update service.
