Service Interruption: Remedy Outage

A database maintenance defragmentation procedure caused an unusual interruption, resulting in a corruption that prevented the Remedy database from loading.
Directory data was not affected. Access to directory.ucsf.edu would have been intermittently compromised as the database was cycled to resolve the Remedy issue.
