Reason

The Octel voicemail system has reached end of life and has been replaced by a modern voicemail system. All Octel voicemail customers have been migrated to the new voicemail system.

Impact

After August 9, you will no longer be able to access your old Octel voice mailbox. Until that date, you can access your old messages by following these steps: dial 66100 (from off campus, dial 415-476-6100), press * followed by your mailbox number, follow the prompts.
  • Please be sure to retrieve your old voicemail messages that you want to keep before August 9, 2013. Click here to view your message saving options.
  • To request voicemail on the new system or if you have any questions about your old voicemail account, please contact the Service Desk at 415-514-4100 or submit a request online at help.ucsf.edu.
