Impact

Application support shutdown access to HBS while working with vendor to address an issue with timekeeping data.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A serious problem has arisen in the HBS timekeeping system which is forcing a roll-back of the system back to 1:20 AM this morning. HBS will be unavailable for at least the next 5 hours while being restored from backup.  Webclock will also not be available. Badge readers will continue to be available. 

  •  Any changes or data entry made on-line after 1:20 AM will be lost and will need to be re-entered when system access is restored.
  • Some In-and-Out punches recorded on badge readers and Webclock may also be lost.
  • Managers with employees clocking in and out should manually keep track of their employees’ time, so it can be entered on their timesheets when system access is restored.
