Under investigation by IT Telecom.

Impact

Customers are intermittently unable to leave or retrieve voicemail messages by dialing 476-1111. In addition, callers may hear fast busy signals when calling Campus phones if the line goes unanswered. The Campus Telecom group is currently working with the vendor (AT&T) to resolve the issue.
