Reason

The root cause is under investigation by UCOP. 

Impact

Customers were unable to access OLPPS. The following systems were inaccessible:

  • Online Payroll and Personnel System
  • Payroll
  • PPS
  • HOD
  • IID
  • RACF
  • CICS

 

Resolution

UCOP shut down the TEST LPAR in order to give additional resources to the PROD LPAR.
