Under investigation by the IT Network Team.

Impact

Customers with Cisco phones were unable to receive inbound phone calls from outside of UCSF network. Outbound calling was unaffected. This was affecting roughly 270 customers. This event only affected Cisco phones on Campus which are mainly used by IT staff. Medical Center customers were unaffected.

Resolution

Cisco phone service has been restored.
