Reason

Under investigation by IT Network.

Impact

Customers were experiencing connectivity issues to systems including Microsoft Outlook/Lync, network file shares, HBS, MyAccess, Voicemail, Hospital Transport Paging, Medical Center ARF. There was no impact to primary Clinical systems, including APeX.

 

Resolution

IT Network restored services by clearing a corruption issue on the core routers.
