A system change was implemented to add more trunks.

Impact

Customers were reporting telephony issues on inbound and outbound calls. The impacted areas included Radiology Scheduling, Emeryville locations, Executive Park, and Mission Center Building.

Resolution

IT Network Engineering reversed the change and restored service.
