Reason

The root cause is still under investigation by IT. 

Impact

Some customers were unable to login to Outlook Web Access (mail.ucsf.edu). Outlook client was not affected.

Resolution

IT restored access to Outlook Web Access (OWA) by rebooting the server. Customers are able to login to email successfully as of 5:00 p.m.
