The Service deskThe Service desk has received reports of intermittent connectivity issues to Mail@UCSF.


Customers may be unable to log into their Mail@UCSF accounts online at and may be unable to send and receive mail through their various email clients (i.e. Outlook).


Server engineers fixed the connections to the impacted server, restoring full connectivity to all Mail@UCSF accounts.
