Reason

A problem with server maintenance to the vendor hosted VMI server was causing connection issues to our Video Medical Interpreter (VMI) system.

Impact

Video interpretation was unavailable. Clinicians that require an interpreter were utilizing telephone interpreting until the issue was resolved.

Resolution

The VMI vendor corrected the server-side issue, restoring connectivity to the VMI service.
