WHAT HAPPENED?
Oracle has released an emergency Java security update to fix a critical vulnerability that could allow attackers to compromise computers (Windows, Solaris, Linux, and Mac OS X) when they visit specially crafted websites.
 

Due to the severity of this vulnerability and the public disclosure of technical details, Oracle strongly recommends that customers apply the updates provided by this Security Alert as soon as possible.
