Reason

We have received reports that customers cannot access the Lync service. UCSF IT is working to resolve the issue.

Impact

Customers are unable to log into the Lync service at this time. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Resolution

UCSF IT Infrastructure worked with the vendor to restore service to the Lync system.
