Reason

An issue with the UCSF Internet Service Provider caused intermittent network connectivity issues to external resources.

Impact

Customers at Mission Bay were intermittently experiencing network connectivity issues.

Resolution

Network Engineering rerouted network traffic through an alternate switch, restoring network connectivity to the impacted locations.
