Date and Time
The Service Desk received reports that customers were having issues connecting to VPN (Junos Pulse & remote.ucsf.edu) if they were on an AT&T internet connection.
Customers on AT&T internet could not connect to VPN.
A connectivity issue between AT&T and one of the UCSF VPN servers was found to be the cause of the issue. VPN traffic was rerouted to an alternate server, and full connectivity was restored.
