Impact

The Service Desk has received reports of server access issues at the 654 Minnesota Data Center. This is affecting application login issues for several applications, including MyAccess, as well as other systems hosted at the 654 Minnesota Data Center.

Resolution

Services have been restored. MyAccess and authentication other services has returned to normal. Root cause is under investigation. Please call the IT Service Desk immediately for any access or log-in problems.
