IT identified an interconnection issue between Cisco and Siemens phone systems.
Multiple customers were experiencing 5 digit dialing issues between Siemens, Centrex, and Cisco phones. Customers were able to connect to both internal and external numbers using 10 digit dialing.
IT reset the phone systems to resolve the issue. Customers have confirmed that 5 digit dialing is working properly.
