Impact

Multiple customers were unable to access several applications below on Friday, July 1st.

  • SharePoint
  • Police monitoring system
  • SOM023 File Shares
  • ASC Track
  • RedCap
  • Mulesoft

 

 

Resolution

As of 1:25 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5th, all remaining systems affected by this outage have returned to normal operations. IT continues to closely monitor the server environment to limit any further impact. Please contact the Service Desk at 514-4100 if you are experiencing issues connecting to any systems.
