IT made a change on Cisco Jabber server to fix the group chat issue.

Impact

The change involved restarting critical services on the server which disconnected existing customers from their instant messaging sessions.

Resolution

The emergency change control was completed and successful. The IT Service Desk has validated that group chat session is working properly.
