Scheduled Maintenance:Apex Connect Portal
Date and Time
IT will be replacing a security certificate for the Apex Connect Portal (https://connect.ucsfmedicalcenter.org).
During this maintenance window, customers at remote locations (or at home) using unmanaged personal devices may see a certificate validation error when connecting to the Apex Connect Portal. Devices provided by IT are centrally managed and will be unaffected by this change.
What you should do prior to September 9th
- Mac OSX: install the latest version of Citrix Receiver for Mac via https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver/mac.html.
- Windows: install the latest version of Citrix Receiver for Windows via https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver/windows/receiver-for-windows-latest.html.
Additional Information: Customers accessing Citrix published applications including APeX running the Citrix Receiver client version 14.4.1 on an IT managed Windows workstation will *NOT* be affected. If you have questions, please contact the IT Service Desk at 415-514-4100.
