Date and Time
The Sophos Antivirus scanner, which provides additional threat protection to our mail services stopped working.
Customers may have received email messages with the word “[UNSCANNED]” in the subject line. These messages were not scanned by Sophos; however were scanned by other layers of protection.
Data Center Engineers resolved the issue and customers should no longer receive messages with the word "[UNSCANNED]" in the subject line of their email.
