Reason

The root cause is under investigation by IT.

Impact

Multiple customers were unable to log into EPIC Hyperspace and received the following error message, “unable to initialize session with web server.”

Resolution

Customers are now able to log into Hyperspace screen without error. IT will continue to monitor the system closely.
