Service Interruption:Video Medical Interpreter (VMI): ALERT

Reason

The Service Desk has received reports of issues with multiple VMI units. IT is working diligently with Cisco to find the root cause and resolve this issue.

Impact

Customer may be receiving the following “Communications Manager Changes” alert. Pressing the “Restart” button causes a continuous message loop.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If or when the message below appears on your screen, please select the “Remind Later” (left, in light blue) option. This will allow the VMI phone to operate for an hour before displaying the message again or restarting.

 

Please do not select “Restart” as this will trigger a continuous loop of the error message.
