As part of the ongoing migration of applications to the new Data Center in Quincy, Washington, ImageNow application will be inaccessible.

Impact

During this maintenance window, ImageNow services including, but not limited, to the following will be affected:

  • Capturing images using Perceptive Mobile Experience iOS app
  • Scanning urgent documents using Lexmark multi-function devices at the Nurses Stations
  • Scanning, viewing, and retrieving documents from APeX
  • Importing documents from DocuSign
  • Importing documents from RightFax
