Reason

A server issue caused the Interpreting Service Request Portal (interpreterrequest.ucsfmedicalcenter.org) to be inaccessible.

Impact

Outpatient and inpatient customers were getting a server database error message when accessing the Interpreting Services Request Portal.

Resolution

IT rebooted the database server, restoring connectivity to the Interpreting Service Request Portal.
