As a prerequisite for the successful transition of the mail@UCSF system to a new cloud based solution, IT will be moving the existing voicemail system to a new system based on the Cisco Unity platform.
During this window, Cisco voicemail customers may intermittently unable to access their personal call menu options. There will be no impact to inbound or outbound calls.
