A significant queue increased delayed CipherCloud scanning and encryption.
UCSF Box performance was not impacted. There was a CipherCloud delay in scanning Box for UCSF PHI.
CipherCloud caught up after a significant amount of UCSF Box activity. The UCSF Box team also worked with the vendor to improve system efficiency, to avoid future incidents. UCSF customers can resume uploading files with restricted data to UCSF Box.
