Scheduled Maintenance:Cisco Voicemail Move to UCSF Voicemail

As a prerequisite for the successful transition of the mail@UCSF system to a new cloud based solution, IT will be moving the existing voicemail system to a new system based on the Cisco Unity platform.
During this window, Cisco and Exchange UM voicemail customers may intermittently be unable to access their personal call menu options. There will be no impact to inbound or outbound calls.
- Once the migration is complete, customer will be receiving a confirmation notification with a link to instructions on how to access and set up your Cisco Unity voice mail account for the first time.
