This page specifies campuswide technology requirements for students who are new to UCSF or purchasing a new computer. This is part two of a three-part series:
Due to an outage with internet service provider, CENIC, multiple internet-based services may be inaccessible from inside the UCSF Network.
Services impacted include, but are not limited to:
- Service Now
- Outlook client from within UCSF Network may not be functioning for customers. email.ucsf.edu has been confirmed as a workaround for email in those cases.
UCSF IT Teams are in contact with the vendor and working to resolve as soon as possible.
Using a template allows you to send an envelope with much of the routing, the messaging, the underlying document, and the tagging for each role or recipient already pre-populated.
In the previous interface, you would use a template by starting the Create an Envelope process and then selecting Choose an Online Document, then selecting the template that you want to use. Selecting the template would prepopulate the fields in the envelope-creation screen.
We encourage you to try the new DocuSign interface before we switch over completely on January 30, 2018.
To try the new interface, click on the Switch to New icon near the top left corner of the screen when logged into DocuSign via MyAccess.
