Join your colleagues across UCSF who are submitting nominations for the 2015 Larry L. Sautter Award for Innovation in Information Technology.

Across our organization, we continue to drive innovation using Information Technology to improve education, research and patient care. If your department or group has an example of this kind of work, I encourage you to submit a nomination by the May 15th deadline.

Last year, UCSF was recognized for work done by four collaborative teams whose submissions outlined how information technology was being used to positively impact patient care and education. This year we have worked across the institution using technology to advance every aspect of our mission. It would be great to see UCSF submissions that illustrate our work across research, education and patient care.

As an added incentive, the Larry L. Sautter Award for Innovation in Information Technology Awards’ Nomination Committee will host a webinar session on March 18th from 10 to 11 a.m. to provide an overview of the application process; program coordinators will answer questions from faculty and staff online. Click the below link to visit UC Office of the President’s page and learn how to attend the Webinar:

Good luck to our nominees and thank you in advance for taking the time to recognize UCSF’s exceptional work.
