- Participants are at UCSF or BCHO, or have sponsored guest Jabber accounts
- Live video is important
- Your meeting includes groups of active participants in multiple sites
Special Solutions
- If you need to create a WebEx meeting for more than 250 participants (> 250) contact the Service Desk and ask about the WebEx concierge service
