Activating Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for ITFS-Supported Users
As of Tuesday, September 26, 2023, IT Field Services (ITFS) is distributing upgrade notifications to all ITFS-managed Macs with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 installed, starting with Macs. Alternatively, you may also click here, if your Mac is properly enrolled and managed by UCSF IT, to manually download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from our Jamf Self Service app portal.

SharePoint 2010 Migration
Project OverviewMicrosoft has announced that SharePoint 2010 will soon reach end of life. End of life is the point at which a product is no longer supported by the vendor. In practical terms, this means no more security updates or patches, and the vendor can no longer be engage to resolve operational issues as they occur.UCSF IT migrated the Campus and School of Medicine (SOM) SharePoint 2010 farms to our SharePoint Online service last year. We are now working to migrate the UCSF Medical Center SharePoint 2010 farm into our existing SharePoint Online service.

How is digital content created, edited, and managed in the Drupal CMS? Drupal is a digital content management system (CMS) routinely used for UCSF websites. In some cases a site content editor or content manager may curate the same information for websites and additional digital channels, such as employee profiles, email, social media, and events. Generally two roles are assigned to people responsible for keeping a website up to date:
