From requesting a Medical Center pager to understanding options for scheduling a conference call with web or video sharing, we have a wide range of services available.

Educational Technology Services (ETS) is responsible for engineering and design of all classroom technology systems in UCSF's General Assignment classrooms:
A wide variety of audio visual and computer equipment is available to UCSF faculty, staff and students for rental. You have the option to pick up and drop of equipment or we can deliver and pick up for an extra charge. Daily and half-day rentals are available.
For lectures, conferences and other events, ETS is the media solution for all your technical needs. Our friendly, knowledgeable technicians will set up venues to meet your exact specifications, as well as provide reliable onsite technical support throughout your event.
Educational Technology Services (ETS) provides class capture – sometimes referred to as content capture, lecture capture, or course capture – is a system for recording ("capturing") classroom-based presentations and sharing them on the internet. All aspects of the presentation are captured, including the presenter (via video camera), the presenter's voice, the computer screen, and any computer audio. (Please note: We make an effort to avoid recording the audience, due to privacy concerns.) We provide both a live option (streaming), which enables viewers to watch the presentation as it happens, and an on-demand option, which enables viewers to watch the presentation at a later time. By default, all live presentations are converted to on-demand presentations once the event has concluded. Class capture at UCSF is focused primarily on academic presentations, and can be easily incorporated into any Moodle (CLE) course. The Schools of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Dentistry all use class capture regularly. We also provide capture services for special events, grand rounds, journal clubs, and the UCSF Medical Center.
ConferencePlus is a vendor provided web and audio conferencing solution.
Educational Technology Services (ETS) provides iClickers for loan. ETS also rents a wide variety of audio visual and computer equipment to UCSF faculty, staff and students. You have the option to pick up and drop of equipment or we can deliver and pick up for an extra charge. Daily and half-day rentals are available.
