Follow the instructions below if you would like to decline to sign a document that was sent to you via DocuSign.
- When viewing the document itself, click on OTHER ACTIONS and then select Decline to Sign from the drop-down menu.
- Click CONTINUE.
- You will be prompted to enter the reason you are declining to sign. Once you enter the reason, click DECLINE TO SIGN. All recipients will be notified that you declined, but only the sender will see the reason you are declining.
