Printer Request (Medical Center)
Requesting a new printer?
For Medical Center IT Field Services customers, please open a ticket online using the Self-Help portal, or call the Service Desk at 514-4100 to have a ticket created. A field service technician will contact you for additional information to determine the correct printer for your needs. The field service technician will then provide a quote for a supported printer for you to submit to Purchasing. Once the printer has been received, the customer will need to notify the field service technician for printer setup.
