Log in to your UCSF Box account and select the options icon for the folder you would like to sync, scroll down to More Actions, and then select Sync. Folders in your UCSF Box set to sync with your Box Sync folder will have a icon next to them.
After you have installed Box Sync, you can access your Box Sync folder by left clicking the Box Sync icon on your bottom-right taskbar.
Wait for your files to sync. The time it takes to sync your folder will be dependent on the amount of content you are syncing and the speed of your bandwidth. While your files are syncing, your Box Sync icon on your bottom-right taskbar will look like . You will begin to notice folders populating your Box Sync folder.
After syncing has completed, your Box Sync icon on your bottom-right taskbar will look like and all of the folders in your Box Sync folder will have the blue checkmark icon designating that your files have finished syncing.
